Income Tax back filling

Do you owe the IRS or State back taxes? Have you tried to negotiate your tax debt yourself, only ending up more frustrated than before? If you're like millions of other Americans, the answer is a resounding yes.

Though both the IRS and State tax authorities offer relief from collections and spira-lling tax debt, their programs are complicated and require thorough, up to date knowledge to successfully bring resolution.

And while most accounting firms and local CPA's can represent your interests, their experience with collections is usually quite limited. With years of experience dedicated solely to tax resolution and debt relief, GaxiolaCPA offers a one stop, simplified approach to restructuring your tax burden.

From individual tax debt to more complicated business payroll issues, our certified partners cover all forms of tax relief, including levy and wage releases, old tax return filings, and settlement procedures wherein tax debt is negotiated down to the lowest possible amount. If you owe back taxes, call Gaxiola CPA today at (281) 861-7718 for a consultation, and get on the fast track to a tax debt-free life.

Representation with the IRS

Most individuals do not have the experience in dealing or negotiating with the IRS nor understand, and understand the value of being represented by someone with the proper knowledge and experience.

Had they’re gone on their own, they may have over-committed their monthly payments, forgotten legitimate expenses, neglected Penalty Abatement, or other important facets of the negotiation process.

GaxiolaCPA has been successfully representing clients for over 15 years. I've also sat on the other side of the negotiating table, and know precisely what to expect. I'll make sure you know all your options and their implications, and we'll decide together how best to represent your case to the IRS. I'll be with you every step of the way.

Levy and Lien removal

You know how the IRS uses wage levies, bank levies, tax liens and property seizures to collect taxes you can't pay.  You know they have an army of lawyers, tax collectors and auditors to intimidate you.

Between 2000 and 2004 IRS levies increased an incredible 82%.  IRS Tax Liens increased a huge 86%.  Levies and liens continue double every year after 2004.  Why?

  • The government needs the money.

  • Politicians hate raising taxes.  It loses them votes.

  • The IRS budget has increased for enforcement and collections.

You have rights as a taxpayer.  Do you know them?  The IRS won't tell you.

You have options to resolve tax debt you can't pay.  Do you know them?  The IRS won't tell you.

Well, what we at Gaxiola CPA do is negotiate the best possible solution for you allowable under the law.  Never  talk to the IRS again.  Let U S Tax Speak for you.  We know your options.  We know your rights.  We'll make sure you get them.

2009 Inflation Adjustments Widen Tax Brackets and Expand Tax Benefits

WASHINGTON — For 2009, personal exemptions and standard deductions will rise and tax brackets will widen because of inflation adjustments announced today by the Internal Revenue Service.

By law, the dollar amounts for a variety of tax provisions must be revised each year to keep pace with inflation. As a result, more than three dozen tax benefits, affecting virtually every taxpayer, are being adjusted for 2009. Key changes affecting 2009 returns, filed by most taxpayers in early 2010, include the following:
